- Candidate information: information you include in your profile or resume (work history, education, etc.).
- Employer information: job postings and billing contact information.
- Payment information: processed by Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers.
- Usage and device information: IP address, browser type, and analytics data collected via cookies.
4. How We Collect Personal Information
We collect information directly from you when you register, create a profile, or make a purchase. We also collect data automatically through cookies and analytics tools.

- To Employers: Candidate profiles/resumes made available for recruitment.
- To Service Providers: Stripe (payments), Kinsta (hosting), Google Workspace (email delivery), and Google Analytics/Tag Manager.

- Business Transactions: In the event of a merger or sale.
We do not sell your personal information.
8. Cross-Border Storage and Processing
Service providers like Stripe may store information outside Canada (e.g., in the US), subject to the laws of those jurisdictions.
